We, The Izzy Box, are committed to offering you, our customer, the best service and we want you to enjoy every item you purchase. We will continue to update our policies in the effort to serve you better. Our Return Policy is applicable to all locations (i.e. North American and International orders).

You can return many items that we sell here at Please note that our return policy is applicable to all orders for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to  issue you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, free of stains, and in the same condition that you received it. We will provide a return label in every shipment and the return must also be in the original packaging. There are several products that are exempt from being returned:

Subscription Boxes

Gift Cards

Intimate Items*

Packaged Foods and Drinks

Individual products that are part of a set (the whole set must be returned)

Sanitary Goods*


Please note that items purchased with a gift card will only receive store credit as a refund.

To complete your return, we require your invoice/order confirmation to be placed in the original packaging box or mailer, along with the return item(s), indicate which item(s) you are returning on the invoice and why you are returning the item(s).

What happens once you ship your return item(s)? 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive a return in the same amount as the item(s). The return amount will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

 The Izzy Box is not liable for any returns that become lost or stolen while in transit back to us. Please keep a record of your postage and your receipt of postage, in the event that your return package becomes lost or stolen.

What if the return has not been processed but I sent my item(s) back?
Please be advised that it might take some time before your refund is officially posted in your bank account. Contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Will I have to pay for shipping?

We will provide a return label in every shipment, but when you choose a mail carrier (i.e. FedEx, USPS), you will have to pay for the shipping costs. 

Sale Items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

If your item(s) was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an gift certificate will be mailed to you. As we are committed to sustainability, we would prefer to email you an eGift certificate, so please contact us at so we can email you the eGift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Failure to adhere to the instructions of this Return Policy will result in you not receiving a refund. For those items that you cannot receive a refund, you can always donate them or gift them to a loved one.


*Intimate items are undergarments, bodysuits, and swimwear. Sanitary items include menstrual products and condoms
